Bring us the workarounds, repetitive tasks and “I wish it could…” ideas. Together, we can turn them into practical improvements to your workflows, reports, screens and automation. For example:

  • Give your warehouse a clearer working day. A receiving screen that puts the checks and stock details your team needs right where they need them.

We’ll agree on priorities, scope, and timing together, so the work focuses on what matters most to your team. Integrations and some new capabilities may be quoted separately.

Setup and workflow guidance begins during your trial. Substantial custom development starts after the trial and confirmed first platform payment.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time, excluding published holidays.

How you’ll be charged
Platform fee
Your selected plan’s recurring fee: Basic $49, Pro $149 or Plus $1,199 per workspace, every 30 days, after any applicable platform-fee-free trial.
Orders
Each qualifying sales order adds $0.30, counted once. Completed historical imports and exploration-only trial orders are free. Open imported orders become chargeable when you go live; new qualifying live orders count as they enter Artifex. Later cancellation or split shipments do not reverse or duplicate the charge.
AI usage
Your first workspace includes a one-time $20 AI usage allowance, valid during your original 30-day trial. Additional authorized usage is charged at the disclosed provider usage rate, separately from your platform and order fees. Core ERP workflows can be used without AI.
Example: a 30-day Basic billing cycle after your trial

$49 platform fee + $30 for 100 qualifying orders + $10 in AI usage = $89 before tax.

The $10 AI amount is illustrative; your charge depends on actual usage.

All amounts are in USD. Separately agreed services are additional.

When signup opens, you’ll be able to create an Artifex workspace and connect your store through the built-in Shopify integration. The upcoming Shopify app will offer another starting point into the same Artifex platform. Both paths include workspace setup and store authorization.
